AGREEMENT REGARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING WWW.TRAINART.RO WEBSITE
PARTS OF THE AGREEMENT
The present agreement is made between SC TRAINART SRL, as service supplier, owner and administrator of the www.trainart.ro site and any other person accessing the site or using the services in any other way (hereby named "user").
THE OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
Accepting the Agreement
The conditions in which any person can access the www.trainart.ro site or use its services are established by this Agreement. The use of this site will be made solely upon accepting this Agreement. Disregarding one or more of this Agreement's procedures prevents you from using www.trainart.ro site content or its services, which are offered condition to accepting the "terms and conditions of use".
Modifying the foresight of the Agreement
TRAINART reserves the right to modify one-way the content of the present Agreement without previous notice, publishing the foresights by updating its web page www.trainart.ro
CONFIDENTIALITY
TRAINART assures security of data offered by the user by taking adequate technical and organizational measures. In some parts of the site, you will be required to give personal data agreementing to the Law 677/2001 for protection of persons regarding dealing and free running of personal data. The personal data will be collected and saved in the database only if the users register on the site www.trainart.ro when they:
- Ask further information and register in the section "Contact"
- Register for the trainings organized by TRAINART in the site section "Training registration"
- Apply for a job at TRAINART in the site section "Career"
- Request for the TRAINART newsletter in the site section "Newsletter"
- Send feedback to TRAINART in the site section "Feedback"
TRAINART will use the general information registered by the user solely for the purpose of which they were registered, as well as for improving our services.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Intellectual property
The graphical concept and the www.trainart.ro site content are property of TRAINART and are protected by the legislation regarding intellectual property, TRAINART having the right to modify at any moment the content and graphical concept of the site. The user will not reproduce the materials on the site.
The security of data
The user understands and accepts that no internet transmission is entirely secured. TRAINART does not guaranty security of data, the user bearing full responsibility when sending personal information.
Data providing
The user bounds to provide complete and real information, the responsibility for an eventual forgery of information being held entirely by the user.
By registering on the www.trainart.ro site, the user gives his/her entire consent for his personal data handling by TRAINART.
FINAL DISPOSALS
Any litigation between the two parts will be settled by the present Agreement and respective law dispositions represented by the competent judgment body. The present Agreement enters into function from 25.09.2007, last modification being made on 25.09.2007. |
