  • Previous study of the client company before carrying out the training sessions.
    We spend time in the client company before preparing the training sessions, in order to observe on the field certain specific behavior as well as the natural course of activities. We therefore understand the client's business reality and we personalize our training topics so they can have an immediate practical applicability.


  • Previous study of the client's competition before carrying out the training sessions.
    We study the competition in order to become familiar with the specifics of the market, and to observe our client’s strong points as well as the ones that need improvement in the context of competition, with impact on the organization's future development.

  • Mystery shopping before carrying out the training sessions
    We carry out a mystery shopping process in order to see which are the strong points and the ones that need improvement from the customer relations perspective, bringing therefore practical results. 

  • On the field follow-up and individual counseling sessions with each participant
    We carry out follow-up training sessions on the field or at our participant's workplace in order to observe the newly attained skills. The follow-up training sessions comprise individual counseling sessions after which participants can be aware of the improved aspects and the ones that need more work done. We consider this to be the most efficient method of verifying what the participants are applying in practice after the training session.
    The clear benefits form this measure are the clear results obtained by the participants, essential in the organization’s future development.
